In 2025, Aquila’s Chongqing office relocated to the 20th Floor of the office tower at Metropolitan Oriental Plaza in Jiefangbei. This marked a comprehensive upgrade of the firm’s brand image, service capacity, and international positioning. Located in a core business landmark of Chongqing, the new office not only improves the environment for client reception and team collaboration, but also further demonstrates Aquila’s strength and commitment to being rooted in Chongqing, serving the world, and continuing to deepen its cross-border intellectual property practice.
In May 2026, Aquila was selected for the Chongqing List of Foreign-Related Law Firms, an authoritative municipal list for foreign-related legal services.
