Representative Matters
- Represented a German engineering machinery giant in an invention patent infringement action against a domestic infringer; both the first-instance and second-instance courts ruled in our client's favor, ordering the defendant to cease infringement and pay RMB 700,000 in damages
- Represented a German industrial technology company in an invention patent infringement action, securing RMB 220,000 in damages
- In the design patent infringement case (2024) Yu 01 Min Chu No. 808, represented the defendant in a successful defense, compelling the plaintiff to withdraw the suit and reducing our client's exposure by RMB 1.35 million
