Responsibilities

• Understand client technologies from technical disclosures and independently draft patent applications and responses to examination opinions.
• Assist lawyers qualified in both law and patent agency work with patent reexamination, invalidation and infringement litigation documents.
• Participate in drafting for international patent matters.
• Participate in IP consultation and training.

Compensation and benefits

Base salary with no performance quota, plus drafting commissions. Two days off each week, five statutory social insurance programs and five days of paid annual leave. Working hours: 9:00–18:00.

Office location

20th floor, Metropolitan Plaza office tower, Jiefangbei, Yuzhong District, Chongqing.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; backgrounds in AI, communications, software, semiconductors or integrated circuits are preferred.
• Interest in intellectual property, strong learning ability and a sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

Under its shared-firm model, it does not seek profit from lawyers' headcount; cost sharing is set reasonably to cover the firm's expenses while allowing lawyers to retain as much of their earnings as possible.
